Between June 27 and September 6, 2016 the Canadian Association of Professional Academic Librarians (CAPAL) conducted Canada’s first census of academic librarians. The census initiative received 904 responses. On behalf of CAPAL, the Census Project Team is pleased to share the 2016 Census of Canadian Academic Librarians User Guide and Results Summary report. The report will also be stored and made available via the University of Alberta Dataverse data repository.
Cross tabulated tables and aggregate microdata will be made available via the University of Alberta Dataverse in winter, 2017. A French translation of the Census Summary Report is available here.
Wishing you all a happy and restorative Holiday Season.
